This means their brand promise needed to tell the stories of how Evelyn Partners has helped their clients, to truly communicate the value of their service.

Stories in the spotlight

We brought together 15 colleagues – “The Evelyn Partners” – who embodied the spirit of the brand promise: the inspiration and expertise to embrace what’s next. We gave each of them the floor, put them in the centre of the frame, and recorded conversations as they told us about their lives, client relationships and their own ideas for embracing “what’s next”. Each colleague – and their story – was always in the spotlight.

Blending brand and narrative

We heard stories about grannies who accidentally passed on the power of investing, dreams of writing murder mysteries, and a laser-sharp focus on sailing the world. The content was so rich that it worked across various formats, from a coffee table book for staff and clients, to videos showcasing the people and promises behind the Evelyn service.

Building what’s next

Together, we’ve refined how the Evelyn Partners’ brand shows up. The campaign’s visual direction has guided the master brand, influencing everything from staff portraits to the company website. We’ve established a people first approach to AI-assisted copywriting, captured hundreds of Evelyn Partners’ colleagues on camera, and built an AI solution to replace impersonal stock photography. Their result is a brand as rich and varied as the people behind it, ready to re-introduce itself to the world.
